The NESLEMY™ Matte liners are an absolute fave, and I have many shades. The one shown is a cooler chocolate brown. These have decent longevity, though I wouldn’t call them long-wearing. But the pigmentation is perfect, they’re easy to blend, and you can even use them all over the lip. It’s not a dry matte, but more creamy.
